Transportation Programs Manager

BFCG is seeking an individual to manage the Transportation Programs Office of the agency.  The Transportation Programs Manager leads a five person team.  Successful candidates will have a managerial background in Transportation Planning, with a solid understanding of planning requirements.  Outstanding interpersonal and work management skills are essential, as is the ability to coordinate with member jurisdiction staff and elected officials.  This position reports directly to BFCG’s Executive Director.  For more information about the position and application process, please access this link:  Transportation Programs Manager

Transportation Planning Specialist

BFCG is seeking an individual to perform a variety of professional transportation planning activities. Request for Qualified Providers

The Benton-Franklin Council of Governments (BFCG) is currently seeking a Contract Business Loan Services provider. The BFCG is designated as the bi-county Economic Development District (EDD) for Benton and Franklin counties, in southeastern Washington State.  One of the primary responsibilities of this role is to work with borrowers and staff to analyze and process loan applications for the loan programs administered through BFCG.
