BFCG 2017 Call for Projects
BFCG is hosting a short series of public Open Houses for our Metropolitan/ Regional Transportation Plan, called Transition2040.
The Metropolitan/ Regional Transportation Plan (M-RTP) is a federally mandated comprehensive evaluation of the area’s transportation needs. This plan acts as a guides for transportation development for 20 years and is updated every 5 years.

The open houses will take place at the following locations:

The Benton-Franklin Council of Governments (BFCG) is currently recruiting for the following positions:
Contract Business Loan Services or Salaried Loan Officer. The BFCG is designated as the bi-county Economic Development District (EDD) for Benton and Franklin counties, in southeastern Washington State. One of the primary responsibilities of this position is to guide the activities of loan programs offered, or administered, through BFCG. Transportation Planning Specialist. The BFCG Transportation Planning Department is seeking an individual to perform a variety of professional transportation planning activities.The transportation planning specialist position is part of a five person team within the agency and works under the direct supervision of the Transportation Programs Manager.
